Journal of Electronic Science and Technology (JEST) is soliciting original manuscripts for Special Section on Materials Testing and Signal Processing based on talks presented at St.Petersburg 2019 EMN Meeting.
This Special Section intends to bring together the state-of-art theoretical and practical research results. Prof. Dr. Viktoria M. Kapralova and Dr. Elena N. Velichko chair the Special Section on Materials Testing and Signal Processing. Authors, not only who participated in the St.Petersburg 2019 EMN Meeting, but all who work in related research fields, are invited to submit unpublished papers, which are not under review in any other conference or journal, in the following topic areas, but not limited to:
¨Signal and image processing
¨Investigation of new materials
¨Theory and applications of van der Waals and Casimir interactions

Rapid peer-review process: 20 days for the initial review cycle.
The accepted papers will be published for free and Open Access for readers.
All the accepted papers will be published "online first" on JEST website with DOI in 4-8 weeks after the acceptance.
All authors of the accepted papers must sign the Copyright Agreement with JEST, which can be downloaded from http://www.journal.uestc.edu.cn.
